Job summary

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE (Grade 2-3, D-F) or Functional Skills Level 1 required.

• Overseas qualifications not accepted for this role for English/Maths requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental elements of patient care under supervision of nursing/midwifery team.
• Support safe and dignified care for patients and their relatives.
• Assist with care plans and basic daily activities as directed by the nursing team.
