Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Value Stream Leader to drive health, safety, quality, and cost performance on a Newquay value stream. You will lead a team, deploy Danaher Business System tools, and ensure robust operating plans align with demand.

You will develop leaders, manage daily people processes, and coordinate cross-functional priorities to deliver improvements and meet budget targets. This on-site UK role offers a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical leadership experience.
• ILM Level 4/5 Management qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve value stream performance across health and safety, environment, quality, delivery and cost.
• Deploy and maintain Danaher Business System tools to achieve value stream objectives.
• Create and execute robust operating plans aligning staffing, skills, and production capacity with demand.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and associates, including development plans and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day people processes within the value stream, including attendance and payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate support functions and communicate priorities through regular team and town hall meetings.
• Manage value stream performance against the annual budget and cost targets.
