Job summary
Moorhouse is seeking a Life Sciences-focused Manager to lead delivery on transformation initiatives, working closely with client teams and Moorhouse’s Life Sciences sector. You will drive change across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, and R&D Development, guiding projects from inception to outcomes.
You will build capability, coach colleagues, and help grow Moorhouse’s Life Sciences footprint, with hybrid working and client-face opportunities across London and beyond.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years’ experience from a management consulting firm on transformation and change projects.
- Outstanding delivery/advisory and transformation capability with independent project leadership.
- Life Sciences experience in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, or R&D Development.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to scope consulting solutions.
- Proven leadership, coaching and ability to develop teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of high-profile, innovative initiatives for clients that improve outcomes.
- Support growth of the Life Science sector by winning new work and expanding client base.
- Own and shape key initiatives and enable team members to succeed.
- Share expertise to grow Moorhouse’s capabilities and client impact.
- Maintain autonomy while aligning with Moorhouse’s strategic capabilities.
