Job summary
Moorhouse is seeking a Manager to lead the Life Sciences delivery team, driving growth and executing strategic initiatives for clients. You will guide project delivery, coach team members, and shape capability development across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, and R&D Development.
You will work in a collaborative, hybrid London-based environment near Liverpool Street, delivering transformative change across major life sciences programmes for global clients.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years' management consulting experience in transformation and change.
- Proven delivery capability leading transformation programmes or large projects.
- Life Sciences experience across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, Access & Sustainability, or R&D Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-profile, innovative initiatives for clients to create competitive advantage and improve health outcomes.
- Support growth of the Life Science sector by winning new work and expanding client base.
- Own key initiatives and enable team success through coaching and capability building.
- Contribute to training, proposition development and marketing within Life Sciences.
- Operate with autonomy and alignment to Moorhouse's strategy to add value.
