Impatient is seeking a Consulting Director to shape our Strategy & Insights practice in the pharma and healthcare space. You will own client relationships, design innovative projects, and develop strategies to address complex challenges alongside our Head of Consulting.

The role suits a senior strategist with deep life sciences experience and a track record of leading teams to deliver impact. We value disruptive thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a collaborative, global mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years in strategy or management consulting with life sciences/pharma focus.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and shape project design.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Proven track record in business development and client growth.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development: identify opportunities, craft proposals, pitch the firm's value.
• Partner with Head of Consulting to develop and execute a strategic practice vision.
• Lead high-priority client engagements from ideation to delivery with tangible outcomes.
• Provide hands-on problem solving and feedback to the team and clients.
• Shape project delivery to meet complex, evolving client needs with clear impact.
• Mentor a diverse, global team of consultants and foster growth.
