Qualifications

7+ years of strategy or management consulting experience, with at least 4 years focused on life sciences or pharma.
Commercial nous: partnering with Sales on calls with prospective clients, building proposals and scoping work.
Life Sciences Industry Knowledge: deep expertise in life sciences consultancy projects or in-house roles.
Leadership ability: an authentic, pace-setting leader dedicated to bringing out the best in the team.

Responsibilities

Drive business development: identify opportunities, craft proposals, pitch Impatient's value.
Build a Portfolio of Work: work with Head of Consulting to grow relationships and opportunities.
Lead Client Engagements: manage strategic projects from ideation to delivery with outcomes.
Hands-On Problem Solving: support team, provide feedback, be a thought partner to clients.
Shaping Project Delivery: translate complex needs into innovative, high-impact solutions.
Mentoring: coach a diverse global team towards growth and success.
Taking the stage: share perspectives as a thought leader on stage or webinar.
