Job summary

STR Group's Life Sciences team, Blackfield Associates, is recruiting for a sales-focused role based in the UK. You will support building an European market pipeline, source clients, and match candidates in validation, QA and engineering sectors.

You will benefit from our Training Academy to develop your recruitment process and relationship skills. The role offers progression, structured KPIs, and an uncapped commission with a 3pm Friday finish and hybrid working after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales is acceptable.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes with discipline and organization.
• Motivated to develop pipeline and market knowledge through training.

Responsibilities
