Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences 360 Recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong sales mentality with ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Fully support both clients and candidates in a 360 recruitment role.
• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized Life Sciences positions.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate terms with new clients.
• Qualify candidates to ensure a strong fit for clients’ needs.
• Oversee the interview cycle between clients and candidates.
