Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial concept through to Go-Live and handover to day-to-day service.
• Coordinate activities across laboratory, logistics, informatics and quality teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, SLAs and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes.
• Support client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Assist with contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.
• Ensure smooth transition into Business as Usual and regulatory compliance.
