Job summary

Industry-leading national consultancy in Cambridgeshire seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a £20m Life Science/Laboratory project. You will own project management, contract administration under NEC/JCT, and client-facing delivery, ensuring milestones, budget, and quality. A strong track record in building consultancy and NEC/JCT is desired.

5+ years post-degree experience in PM; relevant Chartered status desirable. Base near Ely; car allowance and competitive package on offer.

Qualifications

5+ years of post-degree experience in a Project Manager capacity.
Experience in Life Science or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
Experience in NEC/JCT contract administration desirable.
Driven to progress within a collaborative, team‑oriented culture.
Roles include Associate PM, Senior PM, Principal PM, or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of project management, contract administration, and delivery under NEC and JCT contracts.
Maintain strong client-facing communication, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget and quality.
Provide strategic counsel to optimise cost, schedule, and quality across the project.
Direct project governance, compliance, and systems implementation across all lifecycle phases.
