Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Digital Innovation and M&A Transformation Consultant for Life Sciences. The role focuses on assessing and executing M&A activities, integrating processes, data, and applications across Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, Quality and Commercial domains.

You will work with business and technology leaders to define integration roadmaps, future-state operating models, and governance for AI-enabled transformations within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes across clinical, regulatory, safety, quality, and/or commercial functions.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, integrations, and large transformation programs.
• Experience evaluating business, data, application, and process impacts of organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Assess impact of M&A on operating models, processes, data, and technology landscapes.
• Conduct due diligence, integration assessments, and separation planning across Life Sciences functions.
• Define Day 1, TSA, Day 100, and target-state integration/separation strategies.
• Advise executives on risks, dependencies, governance models, and value realization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation programs and realize transaction synergies.
