Job summary

Accenture is recruiting a Consultant for its Life Sciences R&D Clinical Domain team to transform clinical operations for global pharma and healthcare clients. You will work with senior stakeholders to design AI-enabled solutions, ensuring regulatory alignment and data-driven decision making across the R&D value chain.

The role combines clinical expertise with technology strategy in a consulting environment, offering opportunities to influence major transformation programmes across Europe

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in clinical operations, clinical project management or clinical trial management within Pharma, CRO or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end clinical trial lifecycle and clinical development processes.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and GxP regulatory requirements.
• Experience with clinical R&D systems, including clinical data, trial management, regulatory and safety platforms.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex clinical/technical topics into clear recommendations.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development transformation workstreams, including process redesign and future-state recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Business, Technology and Operations stakeholders.
• Design clinical solutions across data, AI, GenAI and technology-enabled R&D transformation.
• Ensure solutions and recommendations align with GxP, GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop thought leadership and support RFPs and business development activities.
• Contribute to EMEA R&D knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues and support team development.
