Infosys Consulting is recruiting a Digital Innovation, Solution Expansion and Value Realisation Consultant for Life Sciences. You will guide clients through commercial transformation, scale digital solutions across the full lifecycle of opportunity creation and value realisation within the life sciences domain.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business processes.
• Expertise in one or more commercial domains: Sales/field force operations, omnichannel marketing, market access/pricing, medical affairs and patient services
• Familiar with sales and marketing systems - CRM, CMS, marketing automation systems, marketing analytics, and/or social listening platforms; familiarity with Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce
• Experience translating business objectives to system requirements and scaling digital/AI driven solutions across enterprise clients

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging commercial challenges across omnichannel engagement, market access complexity, and value-based care.
• Translate opportunities into scalable, tech-enabled commercial solutions and build strong business cases tied to KPIs.
• Expand capabilities by evaluating current and innovative commercial tools and drive adoption across sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs.
• Develop solutions that fit within commercial workflows and ensure interoperability with existing systems.
• Lead go-to-market efforts, create content and messaging, engage senior stakeholders, and pilot solutions for enterprise adoption.
• Develop reusable thought leadership and enablement materials for internal teams.
