Job summary

London & Partners seeks a Growth Manager Life Sciences to recruit and support Life Sciences companies across UK programmes and Grow London Global. You will work with founders and senior leaders to shape growth strategies, connect firms with investors and partners, and deliver international opportunities through trade missions.

Qualifications

Experience managing a portfolio of businesses or client relationships with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Deliver sector priorities and recruitment targets across UK programmes.
Recruit and onboard Life Sciences companies from across the UK.
Develop tailored growth plans with milestones and actions.
Identify international opportunities and connect with customers, partners and investors.
Plan and deliver trade missions and sector events with market teams.
Maintain Salesforce records and capture programme outcomes.
