Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Life Sciences Commercial Senior Manager in London to lead complex transformation engagements across strategy, operating models, product go‑to‑market and data/AI enabled commercial design. You will build trusted relationships with senior clients, shape commercial roadmaps and develop talent within a growing UK Life Sciences team.
Experience in pharmaceutical life sciences, strong business development skills, and ability to manage multi‑workstream programs are essential.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of Life Sciences Commercial experience, incl. strategy and transformations.
- Strong track record leading multi‑workstream engagements end‑to‑end.
- Experience in business development, proposals and client relationship growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape complex Commercial strategy and transformation engagements across Life Sciences value chain.
- Own end‑to‑end engagement delivery including scope, commercials, quality and risk.
- Advise clients on reinventing the commercial model using data and AI.
- Drive growth through origination, proposals and pipeline management.
- Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams and contribute to talent growth.
