Job summary

London & Partners is recruiting a Growth Manager Creative Industries to support ambitious UK and London businesses expanding internationally. You will recruit, onboard and coach portfolio companies across Grow London Global and the UK-wide scale-up programme, working with founders, CEOs and senior leaders.

You will cultivate relationships with investors, industry networks and partners while delivering sector activity and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have experience managing a portfolio of businesses or client relationships with senior leaders.
• You can develop practical growth plans and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Creative Industries businesses across programmes and build trusted relationships with leaders.
• Conduct diagnostics to understand product, business model, customer traction and international ambitions.
• Develop tailored growth plans with clear actions and milestones.
• Identify international opportunities and connect companies with retailers and partners.
• Plan and deliver trade missions and sector events, coordinating follow-up actions.
