Job summary

London & Partners is seeking a Growth Manager Life Sciences for an 18-month FTC based in Manchester. You will recruit and support Life Sciences companies across UK-wide scale programs, guiding them from early ambition to international growth.

You’ll work with founders and senior leaders, plan sector activity, deliver trade missions, and connect companies with investors, partners, and customers, shaping activity across regional and international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of businesses or client relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences sectors including biotech, techbio, biopharma, MedTech and diagnostics.
• Ability to connect companies with growth opportunities, investors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Life Sciences businesses across programmes, building trusted relationships with founders and senior leaders.
• Lead diagnostics to understand company needs, development stage and international ambitions.
• Develop tailored growth plans with clear milestones and actions.
• Identify international opportunities and connect companies with customers, partners and investors.
• Coordinate with regional and international teams to plan trade missions and sector activity.
• Support recruitment, eligibility checks and onboarding with Operations.
