Job summary

Eisai EMEA is seeking a Quality Control Technical Project Manager to lead a team of specialists in the QC laboratory, overseeing electronic systems (LIMS, CDS), equipment qualification, and validation to support manufacturing, packaging and testing of products.

The role requires a science degree, strong GMP knowledge, and experience managing QC equipment and systems, with excellent communication and people management to drive projects across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QC equipment and electronic systems (qualification/validation).
• Experience managing QC equipment and electronic systems for GMP environments.
• Experience in change control, method transfer and pharmacopeia reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical specialists in QC equipment and electronic systems.
• Oversee qualification, validation, and maintenance of QC equipment.
• Manage lab electronic systems like LIMS and CDS.
• Drive New Product Introduction and Method Transfer in QC.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and GMP requirements.
• Develop and maintain a five-year equipment replacement plan.
• Provide education and training on equipment and software.
