Madigan Gill is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design management on a major laboratory development in Bracknell. You will coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist design from detailed design through construction, commissioning and handover.

• Proven experience as a Design Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong technical, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Main contractor experience on complex, technically demanding projects.
• Good understanding of MEP, architectural and structural interfaces.
• BIM and document management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist design.
• Manage design programmes, deliverables, RFIs, submissions and approvals.
