Job summary

Anthropic, a leading AI safety and research company, is seeking an Applied AI Architect for Beneficial Deployments in life sciences. You will advise flagship institutions, translate scientific workflows into Claude-based solutions, and help scale collaborations from discovery to deployment.

The role blends technical depth with cross-organizational engagement and occasional travel. The team focuses on bringing Claude to academia, biotech, and pharma, building trusted relationships with research

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Experience with life sciences or scientific computing preferred.
Strong communication and ability to work with academic partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical advisor to life sciences partners from discovery to deployment.
Design and lead accelerators to scale expertise across institutions.
Translate scientific workflows into Claude-based solutions and capabilities.
Travel occasionally to partner sites for workshops and relationship building.
Help shape team processes as we scale from 1 to N.
