Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead in the UK to oversee scheduling, cost management, risk, and change control across major capital programs.

You will establish governance-aligned controls, drive performance against budgets and KPIs, and present executive dashboards to leadership. A 10+ year track record in construction management and senior leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience in regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, cleanroom, or manufacturing facilities.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing large project controls teams.
• Experience managing complex multi-contractor programs with significant budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function: scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change control across complex capital projects.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce project controls processes aligned to governance and standards.
• Manage performance against budgets, baselines, and KPIs with project leadership and finance teams.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, cash flow analyses, cost reports, and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Oversee schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
