Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to support delivery of major capital projects across the United Kingdom and wider EMEA. This role requires extensive commercial leadership on large-scale projects, with a focus on governance, client interfaces, and risk management.

You will lead commercial teams, manage contracts and change control, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams within complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, claims, and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and practical project delivery experience.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial teams across major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Act as a key client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage commercial risk, change control, and contractual obligations, ensuring accurate reporting and robust governance.
• Provide strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery and commercial management.
• Drive a collaborative and high-performance culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support wider business growth initiatives and contribute to key account management activities across the UK and EMEA.
