As a senior leader, you will develop scalable controls, mentor a growing team, and promote best practices with clients. You’ll travel to sites as needed and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• A construction engineering background with strong cost, schedule and change control.
• Exceptional communication and leadership to drive adoption of new approaches.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and leading planning and controls teams.
• Ability to develop scalable processes and repeatable best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the controls for cost, schedule, change and risk on one or more projects.
• Develop and coach your team and educate clients to improve delivery.
• Create scalable, repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team.
• Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure the project’s understanding and alignment with the plan, even under pressure.
