You will gather essential information, coordinate with emergency services or contacts, and ensure data is recorded accurately while maintaining confidentiality. Training will support you in delivering a compassionate customer experience.

Qualifications

• Confident IT user with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear communication skills over the phone.
• Strong listening skills to capture key information.

Responsibilities

• Speak with service users and assess follow-up actions for each call.
• Pass information to emergency services or contacts accurately and promptly.
• Maintain the Response Centre database with high data quality and confidentiality.
