Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to support adults with learning disabilities at Elvar House in Surrey. You will help residents with daily tasks and accompany them on community activities, using the company vehicle where required.

A valid UK driving licence or two years driving in the UK is essential. Starting rates are £14.17–£15.25 per hour, with progression through our competency framework to higher rates.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and contributing to progression of others.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative spirit.
• Resilience and confidence to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
• Support transport to community activities using the company vehicle (valid UK licence or 2+ years driving in UK).
• Contribute to fostering independent living and meaningful day-to-day experiences.
