Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking Life Practitioners for Cala Sona in Swinderby, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, help them pursue independence, and accompany them on community activities.

The role offers progression through a competency framework and hourly rates starting at £13.12, rising to £14.12 with experience. A company vehicle is provided for transport where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Drive the company vehicle as required (driver's licence held in the UK).
