Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners at Bridge House in Surfleet, Lincolnshire to support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily activities and community outings.

Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 per hour with progression through competency levels. A company vehicle is provided for activities; a £500 joining bonus is offered. Training and DBS checks are fully funded.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player
• Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or w willing to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting in daily activities.
• Accompany them on trips into the community.
• Assist with transport using the company vehicle as needed.
