Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join our Adult Residential Home at An Darch in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. You will help individuals with severe learning disabilities lead independent lives by assisting daily activities and accompanying them into the community.

Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 per hour, with progression through our competency framework to higher hourly rates. Benefits include funded qualifications, career development, and a Blue Light Card.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to contribute to the progression of others.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities and independence.
• Accompany residents on community trips.
• Provide compassionate, enthusiastic care to residents.
• Develop and maintain competency through our framework to unlock pay progression.
