Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking Life Practitioners for Bridge House in Surfleet, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities to live independently and accompany them on community activities. A company vehicle is provided; driving requires a valid UK licence.

Starting pay is £13.12–£14.12 per hour, with progression through competency-based pay scales and funded qualifications. Opportunities for career development and employee benefits are included.

Formación

• Genuine passion for care and progression of others.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy is essential for daily record keeping.
• Resilience and confidence to ask for support as needed.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being.
• Accompany individuals on community trips and outings.
• Support transport using the company vehicle in line with licence requirements.
