Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd. seeks a Life Practitioner for Keyll House in Tadworth, Surrey. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities, helping them live independently and participate in community activities.

Role includes driving responsibilities using a company vehicle. Starting hourly rates are £13.61–£14.69, with progression through our competency framework to higher pay grades as you gain skills.

Job description

Our AdultResidentialHome is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Keyll House in Tadworth, Surrey.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. You must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.61 and for those with experience it’s £14.69

Level 1 - £13.61, Level 2 - £14.15, Level 3 £14.69

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
