Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Home Affairs team to drive complex delivery across policing, defence and Home Office priorities. You will shape solutions, lead teams and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes in UK public services.

You will lead workstreams, combine structured problem‑solving with hands‑on delivery, and contribute to developing people, strengthening client relationships, and growing the Home Affairs practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery of complex projects, programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with government/public sector organisations (policing/defence/justice/Home Office).
• Strong ability to structure problems and translate analysis into practical solutions.

• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver transformation programmes
• Shape and deliver business cases, funding strategies and investment decisions
