Zusammenfassung

Baringa is seeking experienced Managers and Senior Managers for its Insurance practice in the UK. You will lead complex General Insurance transformation programmes, shaping delivery across claims, underwriting, pricing, distribution and operations, while mentoring teams and engaging senior client stakeholders.

The role emphasises building partnerships, driving business development, and growing the practice with thought leadership and new client opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the General Insurance market with understanding of sector dynamics.
• Delivered large transformation programmes in consulting, insurer, or major change environments.
• Experience leading technology-enabled change including platforms, systems or digital capabilities.
• Track record of leading teams and managing senior stakeholders across complex delivery environments.
• Experience turning strategy into practical delivery across business and technology.
• Experience supporting sales, account growth and practice development, including shaping proposals.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with credibility at senior levels.
• Enjoy building teams and growing a successful practice.
• Experience with core insurance platforms is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex transformation programmes for General Insurance clients from mobilisation to delivery.
• Deliver large-scale business and technology change across claims, underwriting, pricing, distribution and operations.
• Provide senior day-to-day leadership, guiding programme teams and client stakeholders.
• Shape technology-enabled transformation including operating model design and platform implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors and senior stakeholders as delivery adviser.
• Support growth of the General Insurance practice through business development and account expansion.
• Identify opportunities with clients to turn market demand into consulting opportunities.
• Lead and coach teams to create an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability building within the practice.
