Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is hiring for an on-site security role focused on protecting people, property and assets in line with Assignment Instructions.

The role requires frontline licences, CCTV knowledge, and diligence in daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining service levels, reporting incidents, and renewing licences ahead of expiry while staying compliant with industry regulations and site-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in security guarding or door supervision is preferred.
• SIA license is required to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Delivering results that meet and/or exceed the KPIs/SLA for the customer.
• Fully and satisfactorily complete all tasks on site as defined within the Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Proactively review changes to Assignment Instructions to suggest enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with policies and legal/regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Complete accurate incident notebooks and submit incident reports.
• Keep check calls at allocated times and report incidents to the Communications Centre.
