Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant with 0–6 months of experience to join a Magnet®-recognized team. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months experience as LNA or nursing assistant.
• Licensed Nursing Assistant - NH State certification.

• Perform basic procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
• Document care in patient records accurately and timely.
• Assist with care plans and patient safety under supervision.
