Law Staff is recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 client for a Hybrid 5+ years PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their national residential team. Responsibilities

• Overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Carrying out property searches and reviewing contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Providing clear legal guidance to clients and keeping them informed throughout the transaction.
• Being the main point of contact for clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders.
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and managing documentation.
• Ensuring transactions comply with applicable legislation and industry best practices.
• Staying updated on property law developments and regulatory changes.
