Reed Talent Solutions’s client, a leading international engineering and technology organisation, seeks a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to maintain critical defence and aviation operations across the UK. The role is onsite in Shropshire, full-time, salary £49,016.78 plus benefits.

You'll certify maintenance work to Part 145 standards, carry out scheduled and unscheduled tasks, and contribute to safety, quality, and operational readiness in a highly skilled environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in a regulated aviation maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience diagnosing faults and performing maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Relevant aircraft type ratings or experience on similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime.
• Certify maintenance work in line with Part 145 or equivalent approvals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the maintenance function.
• Support safe and efficient aircraft operations.
