Job summary

Morson Edge are recruiting a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a leading Aerospace and Defence programme based at RAF Cosford.

This is a permanent, full-time role within a regulated aviation maintenance environment, supporting airworthiness and operational readiness while delivering safe, reliable aircraft support.

Salary is £49,016.78 per annum plus benefits. You will work on complex platforms and collaborate with the wider engineering team to maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• UK CAA qualification or equivalent
• Must hold a B1.1, B1.2, B3 or equivalent licence

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in line with regulatory requirements
• Certify completed maintenance in accordance with Part 145 or equivalent approvals
• Diagnose aircraft faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
• Ensure maintenance activities are recorded and compliant with standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and performance
• Work effectively as part of a wider engineering and maintenance team
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and regulatory compliance
