Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1) to join our aviation engineering team at MOD Boscombe Down. You will carry out line and depth maintenance, certify Release to Service and provide technical guidance to technicians.

Qualifications

Essential: EASA Part 66 B1 Licence.
Essential: Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles.
Essential: Strong technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Carrying out line and depth maintenance on aircraft.
Certifying aircraft for Release to Service per regulatory requirements.
Providing technical guidance to technicians and inspectors.
Working with engineering teams and customer representatives to resolve issues.
Completing maintenance documentation accurately and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Promoting safety culture and maintaining high-quality standards.
