Job summary

2Excel Geo is seeking experienced B1/B2 Licensed Engineers to join our new team at Boscombe Down, Wiltshire, to support the FCAS programme and the Excalibur flight test project.

You will ensure airworthiness, perform routine and special maintenance, and work within a Part 145 MRO environment. Eligibility for UK security clearance is required, with potential to train on 757 type ratings.

Qualifications

• Experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer with a CAA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 Licence.
• Experience of large aircraft is essential; Boeing 757 experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with Part 145 MRO environment, line/base/modification work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our 757 aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot faults, diagnose issues, and rectify defects in aircraft systems and avionics.
• Certify and release aircraft to service, ensuring compliance with data, regulations, and documentation modernisation.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and minimise downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures to promote a culture of safety.
