Rutland County Council is seeking a capable library services professional to coordinate day-to-day operations across four library sites. You will oversee service delivery, support staff, and help develop digital systems and data reporting.

the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Rutland Libraries across our four library sites. Working closely with the Library Team Leader and other library colleagues, you will help ensure that our services, systems and working practices are effective, consistent and responsive to the needs of our staff and communities. The role will also deputise for the Library Team Leader, supporting operational leadership across the service.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Costs for the DBS are covered by Rutland County Council. Please note that you will need a full driving licence to enable you to travel across the county.
