Rutland County Council is seeking a Library Service Delivery Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery across four library sites. You will deputise for the Library Team Leader and help ensure effective, consistent customer service and operations.
You will coordinate the library management system, digital services, and data reporting to support planning and continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

As the Library Service Delivery Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Rutland Libraries across our four library sites. Working closely with the Library Team Leader and other library colleagues, you will help ensure that our services, systems and working practices are effective, consistent and responsive to the needs of our staff and communities. The role will also deputise for the Library Team Leader, supporting operational leadership across the service.
Your duties will include:
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Costs for the DBS are covered by Rutland County Council.
