Job summary

Rutland County Council is seeking a Library Service Delivery Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery across four library sites. You will deputise for the Library Team Leader and help ensure effective, consistent customer service and operations.

You will coordinate the library management system, digital services, and data reporting to support planning and continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day service delivery across Rutland's four libraries and guiding staff.
• Coordinating library management system and digital services with IT teams, suppliers and partners.
• Managing library data, performance information and reporting for planning and improvement.
• Supporting staff coordination, training and casual staff line management, and income-related activities.
• Deputising for Library Team Leader to ensure continuity of service.
