Salary: Hourly rate is £13.72 (including London Allowance)

Position Details

This is a casual post (evening and/or weekends) in the Library Services at Royal Holloway, aimed at maintaining high standards of library service during these times. The role involves answering user enquiries in person and online, interacting successfully with a diverse range of people, working as part of a team, and taking personal responsibility for assigned tasks. Candidates should have good IT and social media skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in customer service.

Availability during summer vacation is required, with flexibility for holidays planned during this period. There is potential for additional hours during busy periods.
