Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking an LGV Coordinator to join the Traffic office. You will manage transport drivers in line with legal and operational requirements and act as the liaison for compliance matters, incidents and inductions.

The role requires hands-on coordination, data capture, and coaching of drivers on performance. Training will be provided where needed, with a focus on safety and efficiency across our UK network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Workspace including Gmail, Sheets and Docs.
• CPC management preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Complete license checks for employed and agency drivers.
• Serve as contact for compliance issues for drivers.
• Coach drivers on failures and ensure data is captured in real time.
• Handle infringements and liaise with agencies on compliance failures.
• Complete accident forms and oversee related inquiries.
• Conduct random gate checks and address issues.
• Complete yard checks and defects.
• Oversee agency driver inductions and alcohol/eyesight tests.
