Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for night shifts at our established client in Birstall. This full-time, ongoing role involves general haulage work, bulk deliveries, and up to 10 deliveries per shift, with Monday to Friday patterns and varying start times.

Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and have at least 1 year’s driving experience, plus good communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Ability to assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Knowledge of driving regulations and health & safety procedures.

The Role

The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of our well-established client based in Birstall.

Duties include:

• General haulage work
• Bulk load deliveries
• Between 1-10 deliveries per shift
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Pay Rate

• Class 1 (C+E): £18.36 per hour

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
