Job summary

Schenk UK is seeking experienced LGV Class 1 drivers to join our waste operations team at the Rotherham site, with Wednesday to Sunday night shifts. This permanent role offers a stable pattern in a leading UK chemicals transporter.

You must hold a Class 1 licence (max 6 points), Driver CPC and tachograph card, plus at least 2 years’ Class 1 experience. Vacuum tanker experience is welcomed; training is provided. Competitive pay and overtime premiums apply.

We’re now seeking experienced LGV Class 1 Drivers to join our waste operations team at our Rotherham site, working Wednesday to Sunday Nights.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.80 per hour (basic rate)
• Guaranteed 50 hours
• Overtime (Mon-Fri): £22.20/hr after 9 hours per shift
• Saturday overtime: £22.20/hr after 3 hours worked
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £29.60/hr after 3 hours worked
• Weekend working is part of the shift pattern (reflected in pay rates)
• Bank Holiday working also required (premium pay reflects unsocial hours)
• Fully paid breaks
• All CPC training hours, courses, accreditations & driver medicals paid
• Full PPE provided
