CLASS 2 DRIVER VACANCY

LGV Class 2 Driver required for Temp to Perm work in Wednesbury, WS10. Working with one of the UK’s largest metal distributors.
£32,000 pa salary (plus benefits when permanent)
13 week temp to perm

The Role:
Working a day shift starting 04:00, you will be responsible for the safe movement of loads to service centres nationwide.
A typical day consists of 1-6 drops.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO STRAP THE LOAD DOWN.
Other duties may be required on an occasional basis, so a degree of flexibility is required.
2-3 planned nights out per week (but you will need to be prepared just in case).
Days of work for LGV Class 2
You will be driving Manual & Automatic vehicles.

Monday – Friday
Start times will be from 04:00
Rate of pay for LGV Class 2: £32,000 pa

This is a TEMP TO PERM position.

Requirements:
LGV C licence
Digicard
Driver CPC
No DR or DD convictions
Ability to work permanent afternoons
A ‘can do’ attitude

A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS ON THE ROAD CLASS 2 EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. STRAPPING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
