Job summary

Biffa Group is seeking an LGV 2 Driver for AM shifts to collect trade waste and operate front/back loaders. You will work Monday to Friday starting at 05:00, mainly outdoors, driving a large rigid vehicle and ensuring high standards of safety and service.

The role includes occasional Saturdays with overtime, training, and access to Biffa perks. You will contribute to keeping communities clean and support efficient waste management operations.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence is required.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card is essential.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders for trade waste collection.
• Deliver reliable outdoor service and operate with personal initiative.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.

LGV 2 Driver - AM Shifts (Trade Waste Driver)

Monday to Friday

Start Time: 05:00

£19.46p/h Overtime available, Occasional Saturday's

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
