Biffa Waste Services is hiring an LGV Driver Loader to join our crew from Monday to Friday, 06:30-15:00. You will drive LGV waste collection vehicles, collect and empty bins and boxes from households, and carry out street cleansing tasks such as sweeping and litter picking.

In this outdoors role you will use initiative, lead teams, and contribute to keeping local environments clean. We offer on-the-job training, access to perks, and family-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
• Comfortable working as part of a crew
• Willingness to support other crew members with loading, unloading and other operational duties
• Able to follow health & safety procedures and company policies

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Shift: 06:30-15:00

Pay: £17.35 per hour

Working as part of a crew, you will drive LGV waste collection vehicles, collecting and emptying bins, and boxes from householders and carrying out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking..

• Valid LGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
