Job summary

Unicorn Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health and Social Care Assessor for a private training provider in North Wales. The role requires delivering the full Health and Social Care apprenticeship framework up to Level 5.

You will manage a caseload of learners, coach, and conduct inductions, reviews and portfolio delivery. Salary ranges from £21,000 to £25,000 per annum, with mileage and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant industry qualification at level 5 or above.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks is required.
• Functional Skills at Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop learners' understanding of the apprenticeship framework to complete qualifications.
• Coach and mentor learners to achieve outcomes.
• Complete learner induction paperwork.
• Ensure ILPs are completed and maintained.
• Plan and implement initial assessments.
• Ensure regular learner reviews are conducted.
• Deliver learner portfolios and assignments to agreed standards.
• Build relationships with employers and communities.
• Manage business and personal administration within given timescales.
